Support
The game is made by one person, so the same person reads the mail and answers it — no bots, no ticket numbers, no “your request is important to us”.
Write to support
We answer in English and Russian, usually within two business days. If it takes longer than that, please check your spam folder.
What to include in your email
To get it sorted on the first try, please mention:
- your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About);
- the game version, shown on the app's App Store page;
- the level number, if the problem happens on a particular level;
- a screenshot — it saves half the conversation;
- for purchase questions, the purchase date and what exactly was bought.
We never need passwords, codes or card details, and we never ask for access to your Apple ID. If someone requests that in the name of this game, it is a scam.
Progress and devices
My progress is gone — can it be restored?
Progress lives on the device alone: there are no servers and no copy of your save on our side, so it cannot be restored remotely. Most often progress is lost when the app is deleted or the device is reset.
If the game reopened at level one and you did not delete anything, write to us with your game and iOS versions — that would be a bug worth fixing.
How do I move progress to a new iPhone?
iOS handles it: if the new phone is set up from a backup (iCloud or via a computer), the game data travels with the app. In-game sync is not there yet — it is planned, and once it lands, progress will be tied to your Apple ID.
I deleted the game. Will progress survive a reinstall?
Sometimes: iOS keeps app data in system storage for a while, and progress can come back on its own. Do not count on it though — assume that deleting the app erases everything.
Purchases and coins
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open the in-game Shop and tap “Restore purchases”. Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with: Apple ties purchases to the account, not the device. The full version always restores; coins are a consumable — they are credited once at purchase and cannot be restored.
I bought the full version but ad offers are still there
First tap “Restore purchases” in the shop and relaunch the app (swipe it away in the app switcher). If that does not help, send us the purchase date and your App Store region and we will sort it out by hand.
I was charged but the coins never arrived
Usually the transaction has not been confirmed yet: open the game with a working connection and wait a few seconds — StoreKit finishes the purchase by itself. If the coins are still missing an hour later, send us the Apple receipt (it arrives at your Apple ID email) and we will credit them manually.
How do I get a refund?
Only Apple can issue refunds; the developer has no way to do it. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and pick the purchase. If a bug in the game caused it, tell us and we will confirm it to Apple.
Rules and levels
This level looks impossible
All 420 levels are verified by an automatic solver: each one has at least one order of moves that clears the board completely. Usually the culprit is a rule that is easy to miss: an arrow's ray runs to the edge of the grid, not the edge of the shape. Empty cells outside the silhouette are passable, so an arrow on the border normally flies off without trouble.
Two more hints: an ice arrow needs two taps, and a lock only opens once the arrow of the same colour has left the board.
How are stars awarded?
The first star is for finishing the level. The second and third depend on time — the bigger the board, the more time you get. Mistakes cost hearts rather than stars, but once the hearts run out the level restarts.
Where do hints, erasers and freezes come from?
A few are given at the start; after that you buy them with coins in the shop. Coins come from clearing levels and from the daily bonus — buying them is never required.
What is the daily level?
Every day the game builds a fresh board, the same one for every player that day. It pays coins, and a streak of consecutive days increases the reward. Missing a day resets the streak — but never touches your main progress.
How do I change the language?
The game follows your system language and speaks seven: English, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, Korean, Hindi and Vietnamese. To set it for this app only, go to Settings → Shape Arrows → Language.
Where are the ads?
Only where you ask for them: the “Double the coins with an ad” and “Continue with an ad” buttons. Ads never interrupt a level and never appear between screens. The full version removes those offers altogether.
Technical problems
The game crashes or stutters
Start simple: relaunch the app and make sure both the game and iOS are up to date. The largest levels hold several hundred arrows — on older devices the board can take noticeably longer to draw.
If a crash repeats, send us the level number and your device model; with that, the bug is usually found the same evening.
Tapping an arrow does nothing
The board reacts to a short tap on the arrow itself, not on an empty cell. If you have zoomed in with a pinch, try double-tapping to reset the zoom — it is easy to miss a cell while magnified.
I found a bug — where do I report it?
To hello@rebusarium.com, with a screenshot and the level number if you can. Bug reports are read first: the game is updated regularly and fixes ship with the next release.
Anything else
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app — all game data goes with it. There are no server-side copies; the details are in the privacy policy.
Press, partnerships, translations
Same address — hello@rebusarium.com. A press kit (icon, screenshots, description) is available on request.
Will there be an Android or iPad version?
Right now the game is built for iPhone. The browser edition already runs on any device — try it here. What comes next depends a great deal on your emails.
